The Interview process was one in-person interview followed by two Zoom interviews. I think the VMS interviewers did a good job of making the interview very conversational. The only complaint I would have is that they make it tough to balance talking about yourself as well as the company/role with the questions they asked. Felt that I was listening 75% of the interview and was unable to sell myself.
