It was a Zoom interview with the CEO directly first. That's the first round, then the second round they make you do a case study and prepare a PPT slide to present in front of the team and CEO. It was super nerve-wracking and they were not friendly at all, despite being just a student. After my presentation, the CEO lady just went straight to dissing my presentation, how she expected more and how she was disappointed in the quality of my presentation. She said she could tell it was done last minute. Being only 20(?) around that time, I obviously got emotional after the interview. After I left I cried. LOL. Even for an internship the interview and effort felt too much.
