CHECK THIS COMMENT BEFORE YOU INTERVIEW WITH VIZIO! Applied through recruiter and took a month to finish the all process. I was reluctant to interview with them first cause the salary recruiter provided was less than I expected. But recruiter said there was RSUs so it worth a try. Interviewed with the manager first then moved to a final round which was two and half hours with 5 people, 30 mins each. People seems nice and the team culture looks good. I thought everything went smoothly and I will get the offer. HOWEVER, the feedback through recruiter was: they really like me but they can't offer that much, they would like to offer me a data engineer position instead of a senior one, and the pay was not even close. It was such an insulting experience to me. The HR team at Vizio seems like a joke and I will suggest anyone stay away from Vizio. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT VIZIO
