They initially sent me a test where I had to design 4 cohesive web banners in different sizes, and also do some basic front-end code. They then scheduled me an interview with 2 people for the next day in the afternoon, which I confirmed. What threw me off was that the next morning at 8am they sent me an invite to another interview with 2 people for 9:30am that same morning! Only one person showed up to that interview. Luckily I saw the email in time and I was able to show up! I wasn't even told to look out for an email for a second interview. I don't know if they even planned on telling me they were moving forward with another candidate; I had to follow up.

Entretien
Process took roughly 1 month. Started with a phone screening with HR, they got back to me a couple days later for a phone screening with Hiring Manager. On the same day they asked for an on-site interview which was scheduled a week later. I went to their HQ in Irvine and met with 4 different people/groups of different departments mainly just talking about myself and personality. The people were very nice and friendly, the office was beautiful. After about 2.5 hours or so I was put in a room to complete an assessment, it was a fairly easy design and code assessment. Whole on-site process took about 4 hours. I had a great time meeting the team.
