Takes a long time to complete the process so get comfortable waiting to hear how things are moving. Once each person has signed off, then you will hear what the next step is.

Fairly standard. Apply, phone interview then a few one on one interviews. The company is very careful on whom they bring into management roles. Be pateint through the process.
