For an online “education” company, the expectations are not clear. A simple preparatory check list would have been helpful. Instead, they do not set the applicants up for success. Second, the interviewers really need to take the courses to strengthen their own English. It was very difficult to understand them and the presentation on their part was unintelligible. Very unprofessional! If you are an educated professional, the interview process will be demeaning. And finally, they use monkeys and bananas for a “reward” system. Not only is it corny, but it should tell you how culturally insensitive the program is. Overall, the opportunity is unimpressive and not worth the time.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.
