Online application, submission of a recorded video doing a mock lesson, an hour lock mock lesson with a current VIPKID teacher. If you pass this stage, you become a VIPKID teacher, if not you go on to the final mock interview with a specialization for younger or older kids.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

Entretien
The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
