All done online- there is an application and then they send you further assignments if you meet the criteria. You get asked to upload a video of yourself discussing why you want the job and also a small lesson (which they give to you)

just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
