1. Introduction call with the HR 2. Technical Round 1 [One-on-one interview with past experience & Coding questions] 3. Technical Round 2 - With a senior person - Same as round 1 - [One-on-one interview with past experience & Coding questions] 4. Technical Round 3 - With another senior person - Same as round 1 - [One-on-one interview with past experience] 5. CFO Round - General discussion The process took over 2 months. The questions were so redundant that every round was so similar. I really wish that the team improves their interview process. Though a few of the conversations went really well, certain aspects were biased which did not work well for me. Interviewers showed their seniority at multiple places. I will not recommend this if you are looking to join a company with a startup culture and meritocracy.
