Watch out for discrimination during the interview process. Had 2 rounds of interview for Chumba Casino only for them to come back and say they don't have an Associate Engineer spot. Made me do another interview with the Payments team for a promotion position (software engineer) which took 3 hours only for them to mock me during the interview and come back with a rejection. Surprisingly the associate engineer position was open as they later hired a couple of 'She Codes' engineer with no work experience or degree to fill up the spots. This was done to fill up their quota of women in the company. Luckily got an offer that paid double to what I was going for with them. Wont be applying to them again!

Short chat with HR initially. Technical and behavioural interview in their office. Negative because I had to call HR to get feedback as they didn't contact me within the time frame they said they would. Also negative because after contacting them, they said they weren't going to extend an offer because they found the candidate they wanted, but they liked me and wanted to line me up with the next open role coming soon. I was cautiously optimistic, but it turned out I was being strung along as the next role was filled without me even being contacted. Important role of HR is giving honest feedback, trying to save someone's feelings forfeits transparency and means applicants don't get feedback and they may end up feeling resentment towards the hiring process.
