Interview Process:
I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn about the opportunity. The process was quite straightforward and well-structured. It consisted of three main stages:
HR Interview – A general screening to discuss my background, expectations, and availability.
Panel Interview – A technical and behavioral interview with the team. The questions were relevant to the role and there was a good balance between technical depth and cultural fit assessment.
Background Check – This part was very thorough and took the most time. It extended the overall process to about two months from initial contact to final offer.

Entretien
30 mins interview with CV review and some additional questions. Overall positive experience. It was a Russian application center therefore an interview was in two languages: Russian and English by two managers.
