Called me for an interview and turned me down when I called the HR to see what was going on.
As the lights were off on the floor that I was asked to come and nobody was there.
The HR than advices that the hiring manager is ill and cannot come for the interview just two minutes before the interview. Says to come again for the interview and grab something to eat which will be refunded to my bank details . Not only have I not heard back from them about my interview but have not received any refund. Highly unprofessional and misleading. Not what is expected from VFS being global,I was highly let down.

Asked me out of the role questions that how would I provide feedback to someone with bad work ethic. Which is not a part of the job description .
The interviewer was calm and professional, the interview was really enjoyable, where I shared my skill and experience with the interviewer, the whole session was stress free. I am hopeful to get the positive.
Applied online through recruitment agency. Selected and called for interview after two weeks. The interview process is online, straight forward questions concerning the company, the job, ability to work with people, ability to work with customers and how to satisfy them. Your strengths and weaknesses.

The interview was right on time, the HR staff are kind and very professional. The interviewer also responded to any of my questions with clear answer. Overall it was a pretty good interview experience.
