One location ghosted me which was quite unprofessional. Had a really great phone interview & the manager mentioned how she was so excited to get back to me with an offer. I tried to follow up by phone message and email but never received any response, at the very least a "sorry we decided to not to make an offer" would've been nice. At a second location there was a phone interview with hiring team, then a second zoom interview with HM, then a working interview.
