The interview was unprofessional and poorly structured. Interviewers read questions from a laptop and gave little to no engagement or meaningful follow-up, so it was unclear how answers were actually evaluated. Many questions were irrelevant to the role, such as broad industry-improvement questions, instead of focusing on essential teaching skills or class instruction.

Standard scripted questions. I feel like it would have been better if they asked me things more specific to the job and how I can contribute to the team rather than reading word for word of a document and judging based off answers to generic interview questions.
