I forwarded my resume from one of my engineering college friends ( MIT) who was already working there and the HR was very nice and asked normal behavioral questions. They were very keen to prefer local Chennai employees which was convenient and easier for me to get this job. One advice to the interviewer will be not to try and cut too much of salary of new employees.

Selection process consist of three round. First one was CBT which test your logical and verbal ability along with psychometric test. Second round was group discussion which check your communication ability and last one was face to face interaction with both HR and Technical.
