The interview process was smooth and professionally handled. I applied online and was contacted within a few days for an initial screening round. The recruiter was polite and clearly explained the process and expectations.

I have never come across such a poorly managed and disrespectful company in my career. First of all, there was absolutely no coordination between the HR and the manager. The HR lied to me, saying I had cleared the screening round, but the actual interview was a completely different story. The manager was extremely rude throughout the process — constantly questioning my abilities in a demeaning tone: “You don’t know this?”, “You can’t do that?” It felt less like an interview and more like an insult session. He spent the entire time just pin-pointing flaws and talking down to me, as if I were a servant and he was some elite businessman doing me a favor. Just being a senior or holding a higher position doesn’t mean you are richer or more valuable than others. Show some basic respect. Please stay away from such companies that take advantage of candidates’ situations and treat people like they’re beneath them. Shame on you.
