Informal chat, take home case study provided 72 hrs before interview, interview (interview preceded by 30 min task). Friendly staff and a thorough process. I was left with a very good impression, although I will say that putting up a fresh job ad for the role I was applying for, in the middle of the selection process, was a pretty strange move! I guess would have appreciated being told sooner that I wasn’t a fit, though I figured it out at the interview.

Entretien
Normal, three-stage interview process. It was easy to engage, transparent, and only thee weeks between my submission and the second interview. Only problem is they ghosted me. No rejection, no feedback — nothing. I followed up their HR twice and was met with “I’m seeking feedback”. I didn’t think ghosting was still in practice at senior levels. A screening call, sure, I get the message and no time lost. Preparing for and attending an in-person interview and not even getting a polite one-line rejection over email — totally disrespectful.
