      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Urban Ladder (Bengaluru) en janv. 2016

      Entretien

      I went through a recruiter, how ever after my first round I was told that iv been shortlisted and will have to wait till Monday for the next rounds as there was a weekend.. I waited till Monday nd didn't get any call then I waited for Tuesday after waiting for the entire day I contacted the same consultancy to chk on the status. . However I was asked to wait for the entire week.. I waited to that week as well I called on Friday as I was told that I will be interviewed on Friday nd as usual I didn't get any call nd wen I called I was told that 100% il get a call on Monday or Tuesday. ... I waited for Tuesday ie 20 Jan 2016 nd again called the consultancy on tues evening..and then I got the shock that they have put the positions on hold... after wasting my two weeks... they still want me to trust them nd wait for another week.. Iv had bad experiences with hr, no doubt they love to waste candidates time, but this was the worst experience I eva had.. it's pathetic.. how can they just be so casual with candidates career. .they wasted my entire month. Shame on u guys.

      Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Helps a lot in improving our processes. There seems to have been a miss from our side in the event of your interview. Sorry about that. We operate in a fast changing scenario where responsiveness is paramount and sometimes that means putting an approved position on hold. We try to keep our communication as clear and transparent as possible but sometimes, despite our best intentions, this might not be possible. There is never an intention of setting wrong expectations about our roles and recruitment process, especially with a potential employee. So if there is something we struggle with, we do want to see whether we can learn something from the candidate. That is our aim. Thanks for the candor in your feedback. We will learn from this and hopefully, we can give a better candidate experience in the future! Good luck to you.
