RED FLAG below: After following up with the recruiter who mentioned she would get back to me within 2 days here are the exact words (interesting given it was a sales role) "Thank you for your follow up. The team has been busy, in conferences, etc. and as such, we have not been able to keep up with your multiple layers of correspondence and follow up to our team.
