There were four rounds of interviews with this company -- a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, and then two rounds of interviews with two team members each. Pretty standard.

Standard things about how I work, how I track and measure results, my role on a team...things like that. Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected.
Applied online and spoke to the recruiter within a week of the initial application. Connected with the recruiter to discuss the company, role and my background. My background wasn't a fit and this was communicated via email quickly and respectfully.
