I had high hopes while interviewing for this company.
The whole process (at least to the point that I made it) seemed professional.
I had a cognitive assessment to complete, followed by an HR interview , where most of the focus was on my studies(Bachelor's etc) and in what i have worked on in my career - previous experiences.
After that I had a technical interview screening , in which the interviewers (hiring manager, principal engineer) would ask me back to back questions to get a feeling of my knowledge.
After completing this interview i received a call from HR saying I made an excellent and very positive impression , and in that call they asked once again my salary expectations and whether I am open to some negotiation if that did not match , to which I said yes.
The HR interviewer said ok , I am going to talk it with my team and reach out to you soon .
And that was it . This was 3,5 weeks ago , no more information available , no new contact , no emails , nothing , just plainly ghosted.
I even sent a follow up email around 2 weeks after , and to which they have not even cared to answer , whether that would be a positive or a negative answer.
I would expect a lot more professionalism from this company , especially when you invested so much time.
Truth is even if I get an offer after so much time with no information I am pretty sure i will decline , since this showcases how the company treats their employees.
Would not recommend it based on my experience.
