Two separate interviews, last 5 mins each, don't act like they are interested at all and just trying to get it over with. Don't care about your intelligence or anything, as long as you can walk up and down stairs

Very casual conversations. Come dressed professionally. You may be asked to start as a hostess and work your way up to server. Excellent management and work environment. Replied fairly quickly after interview. Often looking for seasonal help but also looking for full time servers.
