There are three interview rounds. The first one was normal. The second one was when you see the true colors of this company. Don't let the title fool you, you are applying to be an overglorified sales rep for clients, literally going door-to-door to "make your pitch" AND you work on Saturdays. The 2nd round interviewer told me you play "team games" in the morning like kickball. This is one weird, confusing company. If sales excite you, go for it, but for the rest of us who wants regular jobs, avoid Upstate Innovations. It's a bunch of Milennials trying to act like they're making bank and work for a cool company, when in reality you're overworked with no substance.
