Had a phone screen right away that went well and lasted 30 minutes or so. Called back for an in person interview about 2 weeks later. I was a little late though I made sure to let the interviewer know ahead of time. The in person interview included a tour of the premises and was fairly casual with the interviewer and would be manager. When I asked when the hiring decision would be made, he said within a week and a half. It's been about 3 weeks now. I sent a follow up asking the status last week and no response. It would be nice if more recruiters had proper etiquette after people spend that much time in the interview process to at least let them know one way or the other.
