Had a great interview and was told I'd be moving on to the next round...only to be unceremoniously rejected by a NO-REPLY email address while I was waiting for my next interview to be scheduled. What a lack of consideration and respect for candidates. Why would you confirm an interview only to rescind days later? Shows shoddy professionalism and a complete disregard for the candidate experience. ESPECIALLY to be rejected by a NO-REPLY email, with no chance to ask for feedback or clarity. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING.
