I have worked in UNYSCAPE infocom and found very bad behavior of the management. They always asked employee to come on week ends and do not wants to pay extra. Also there is no work process in this company. They do not give full salary and cut variable amount from the salary and at the year end they say company is not in profit so we cannot give your variable. Cheater company. I request to all please do not join this type of company if you wants to grow.
