There was one phone interview that was conducted with human resources. Each call was scheduled and was always on time. The questions that were asked related mainly to past work experience and mainly began with the interviewer asking "Tell me a time when you..." After you go through the phone interview process and you are chosen for the next stage of interviewing you will schedule an in-person interview that usually is done with a panel of managers (2-3 managers normally).
