Pretty standard recruitment process, submitting CV and covering letter, online tests and then a video interview before invitation to assessment centre. Assessment centre was a busy day consisting of a meet & greet, individual interview, individual presentation prepared on the day and group activity. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming but I didn’t come away with a clear idea of what my day to day responsibilities would be on the scheme or what to really expect and decide if it was right for me, but had to instead just manage to grab bits of info here and there throughout the day by asking people lots of questions. Company seems great but left having no real idea if the scheme would be also as very little of the assessment centre focused on this aspect. No offer but constructive feedback was given which was appreciated.
