Excellent! Very thorough and professional, but not too rigid or "corporate." The people seem friendly and personable which makes a big difference and made Unum stand out to me as a company that I wanted to work at. Calle Jackman is a strong communicator and was great at setting up both my phone and in-person interviews. I spoke with a woman named Beverly over the phone which was a pleasure, as was my in person interview with Eric Sharkey and Erin Corriveau. They asked some challenging questions, but managed to keep the interview conversational and friendly. I can't wait to start!
