Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unum (Phoenix, AZ) en oct. 2011
Entretien
I interviewed a bunch of times (which was a relatively laid back process) and I ended up working as an intern for about 2 months and was offered to interview for a full time position. I went through a couple of phone-screen interviews, and was invited to the group interview.
The group interview is pretty intense, there were 8-10 candidates in my group, everyone they bring in is a: type A/attractive/former jock/frat guy/sorority girl/etc. there were 8 or 9 office managers there, and you basically cycle through all of them for like 15 minutes each and they interview you, it gets repetitive...
After you interview individually you sit down and are assigned a case study/presentation assignment, they give everyone at the table a unique company and you must persuade the room full of managers/other candidates why your company is better than the others. This is the intense part, there's a lot of talking over one another and arguing, as the obviously competitive Type A-ers duke it out in front of potential employers.
After that, you're free to go. It's pretty much an all day affair.
