100% virtual. I applied at the end of June and heard back around mid August. A recruiter reached out through email to set up a phone screen. They were very informative of the company, super enthusiastic, and I could tell was genuinely listening to me. Also, very clear on structure of the interview process and salary expectations. It was the best initial call I had after months of job hunting. A few days later the recruiter emailed me that I'd be moving on to the next round which was a 1:1 with the hiring manager. Again, another great experience. The role and team structure were clearly discussed, as well as work styles, skills, and goals. Got the word I'd be moving onto the final round a few days later. The final interview was a panel that lasted about 3 hours. I spoke with 5 people, someone in the role, people I'd be working closely with, VP Marketing, and manager. There was a 30 minute break in the middle to catch a breather. The whole long interview went awesome as well. It didn't even feel like an interview, but more of just a conversation about work ethic, the day-to-day, the company and its culture. The entire interview process went seamlessly, the people I spoke with were amazing, and the company is on a fast track to success. Which is why I was very excited to accept an offer the next week!
