Had first discussions with talent acquisitions then moved onto further interview stages with lending managers which went well. I received a verbal offer for the role and then went on to resign from my current role before receiving the (subsidiary) contract. However, (subsidiary) decided to cancel the job offer without explanation. Still in disbelief that this happened and there was no explanation, discussion or even apology for this. I have formerly worked for (bank name) before and the process left a bad taste in my mouth and myself without a job. Avoid at all costs.
