On Zoom, overall smooth. Standard set of questions and no unexpected tangents. Clear communication about expectations and requirements for the job. Ultimately I was not selected because of the timing discrepancies of when they wanted someone to join and when I was available to join.

The interview process overall was pleasant but very long. I applied for the job in February, got asked to do a Zoom interview in March, and then was invited for a full-day on-campus interview that didn't take place until May. The leadership and faculty that interviewed me were very kind and professional. I just wish the process hadn't taken so long because I was very hopeful for the job and ultimately didn't get it, and as such I wasted a lot of time and effort in the process.
