During the interview, there was a 30-minute computer test which consisted of finding information on the UCL website and compiling an email. The next stage was a 45-minute interview. Now on the person specification, it stated certain criteria's were going to be assessed during the interview and certain criteria's were only going to be assessed on the application. Going by this information I prepared for the interview by what was listed as being assessed at the interview. During the interview only of the listed questions were asked, which meant everything I had prepared for had gone to waste. I could've just turned up with no preparation at all. Unsurprisingly I didn't get the job, I don't know why I bothered turning up.
