There was an initial prescreen interview with a recruiter. I then progressed to a virtual interview with leadership. Both interviews were virtual through Teams. Neither UTI employee used their camera but I used mine for the leadership interview.

Very easy and smooth. Down to earth people and not a lot of pressure. Looking for skilled people to join a great team. When I went the communication was awesome and clear and I didn’t feel an overwhelming sense of judgement.
