Applied online. Received invitation to schedule an interview. Attended interview - spent ~15-20 mins and was asked about 4-5 easy questions. It was very laid back, and the interviewer was friendly. I could tell they had interviewed a few people that day.

Multiple steps. You first go to their human resources building for an interview and find out where you would want to work. If you pass that you go to the next level and get interviewed by one of the managers for the restaurant. They told me right then and there that I was hired which was nice. Everyone was really nice and I felt super comfortable, not nervous at all.

Just things about yourself and work experience. Make sure you show your fun and outgoing personality. They like that considering you're dealing with tourists.
