I went in for a turn style agent . Walked out with a 2nd interview for GS. Daniel i believe his name was ,was a sweet heart very comfortable and welcoming.

The phone interview was only to check your availability and generic questions and the in person interview also checked availability, previous experience, personality, case situation and a written case situation.
