Initial video interview with CEO which was 75pct about UPFX and their success story or his success story 2nd interview in person with CEO and COO Once again focussed on their plans and road to scale the business. Not much on my side no taxing questions. I was offered the role on the spot and accepted subject to understanding more on coprorate culture and one or two personal questions. As invited by CEO i posed said questions after the interview around holidays, 90 day plan and also disclosed a disability which meant i could not work 5 days in office. The written offer was withdrawn. Honesty is my policy. Unclear of firms morals
