4 rounds of video call interviews with different members of the team. Screening process was virtual laid back and professional. 1st interview was a general conversation about my CV and passion for music. 2nd conversation was about my interest in music going in-depth about the acts on the label. 3rd conversation was about my interests and views on putting together an effective marketing campaign. 4th conversation I delivered a presentation on emerging markets and music business streams of revenue.

Like tell em about yourself, which level wouldd you want to work and why... Then they contact me about a specific level and they asked me to do a second interview with the manager. And then I had an interview where I was asked about what music I liked, what were my strengths...

I went through 2 rounds of interviews. The first was a virtual interview on HireVue then the second one was a Zoom call with someone in the department you'd be working in. The whole process took about 5 months.
