J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Universal Music Group
Entretien
I was hired as a former intern, I did an internship in the Marketing Department the year I applied for this job. I was still doing this internship when I applied for this job. I evolved into this position so the hiring and interview processes were mostly through networking and employees referees. People advocated for me and wanted me to work with them so they did their best to push me on the top of the pile in the hiring process.

Initial phone screen was canceled less than an hour before I was supposed to have it. The Magnit recruiter was extremely rude and unprofessional about it and came across as passive aggressive in their responses. They are tone deaf and don’t know how to properly communicate with candidates. I wouldn’t recommend applying to contract roles with them as they genuinely don’t care about you and will just cancel on you last minute. They should disclose to candidates in advance that scheduled phone screens can be canceled at a moment’s notice due to the whims of hiring managers.

Interviewer talked for the whole 10 minutes and barely introduced herself. She didn't ask me a single question. I immediately had the sense that they had already hired someone and was just going through the motions and wasting my time.
