I have applied online and I was asked to come for an interview. The HR representative at the time was great, he was really helpful and provided the right information in regards to the job. The interview lasted for over an hour and it was held with two of the managers of the department I have applied for. Really straight forward, we have discussed in detail the job specs and requirements and we had a lovely chat about the music industry and other interests I am perusing. I have been studying a university degree part-time so that required I get some time off to attend classes. HR and the managers I have interviewed with were totally cool with me finishing my studies whilst working full-time.
