The Hiring process just consisted of an Interview with a few questions and a judgment by the interviewer if she felt you were the type of person that would work whenever scheduled, overall my interview was incredibly unorthodox. The interviewer was rude and almost seemed like a bullying in a sense in a passive aggressive way. Although, I did get the job, my experience was strange!
