Efficient process. A few one on one interviews with the hiring manager and one level up. A total of three interviews coordinated through a recruiter which I was working with at the time. The whole process took approximately three weeks from first interview until I had an offer in hand. The interviewers were not planned out or coordinated with certain questions being asked. Mostly this was an informal process, more so a company and personality fit (this likely was a reflection of using a recruiting firm who had already vetted my qualifications to do the job).
