Entretien
Interviewing was a two step process. Initially by two members of the staff and second interview was conducted by the Senior Minister. The initial interview was with a member of the leadership team and another employee. This interview focused on what I saw this position growing into. The second interview with the Senior Minister was very brief. Addressed mostly on how I would help to grow the position.
