Very straightforward: recruiter interview > hiring manager interview (established a scenario to give a common framework for speaking to the rest of the team) > 4 team/panel interviews.
Interviews were excellent- each person seemed to have a vested interest in ensuring I was a fit for the role and asked insightful questions about the established scenario. I also got a real insight to how they worked which really helped me decide if it was a place that I wanted to work.

Question 1
How would you approach the situation that the established scenario supposes, and how would you work/not work with each team member/role in addressing it?

Very bad experience. I attended the interview but didn't get the position. The recuiter is very nice and professional. However, the PM guy who actually make decision is very unprofessional. He did not ask any deep question related to the position, nor about my past experience, just some surface question like "what if your team has different opinion about what features to be done". His response about my anwser shows that he is not such kind of person who is passionate about product vision and does not seems to understand how important UX is for making great product, instead more like a project coordinator. He seems not willing to talk to much with me, he watched to his own screen and ask somethig like 'what else do you know about product management?'. The interview suppose to take 1 hour but actually spent only 30 minutes. It looks to me that he already have someone in his mind and he did not really want to understand my skill and background at all, and to get the position, your skill and background might not be more important than making him feel pleased during the conversation. I have to say that his was very bad experience. I have been working in software industry for 15+ year and I am very supprised how disappointed Unity's product management people is, according to this interview. I sold Unity stock right after this interview.
