Repeatedly reached out to by a recruiter who continued to not reply and then apologize in follow ups. Seems extremely disorganized. Poorest communication I've had with a recruiter, especially considering they reached out to me first.

Entretien
Did 2 stages. First and very pleasant with the recruiter, second with the tech manager. They changed the manager from DK to US team in the middle of the process and it was confusing. I had to do round 2 twice

Describe an issue you had to solve and what approach did you take
Ask the project you did. Basically focus on what you did
Ask you how you help other people. You manner.
