The process was really rapid up until the start date. A pro of the experience was working with the technical recruiter I had. She prepped me for the interview quite well by letting me know what I can expect and topped me up with some key traits the team was seeking from candidates. I was getting updates very quickly, almost immediately, after each interview meeting held. Communication seems strong here my questions were answered really quickly even over the holidays. The three-hour interview request had no transition between meeting one pair, then the next. It would've been nice to get a 5 minute scheduled break between the hourly meetings to decompress or be able to scribble down some thoughts. The technical challenge went great, Whenever I got a bit stuck the team would drop hints to push me along, I was able to answered most of the questions. Even though I ran out of time on one of the questions, it still felt great that I was able to complete the tasks that were asked of me and get support when I needed it. Overall great experience, proud to have received and accepted an offer here. Looking forward to seeing what it's like working here.

I was very worried before the interview, but as soon as it began ,worries went away. HR, manager and team were very friendly and professional. It was like talking to friends who share their experience in their companies. I appreciate that they created such a cozy atmosphere during the interview.
