The interview process was very structured, organized and professional. All interviewers were very well prepared, and Unity's in-house recruitment specialist was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process every step of the way. Overall, this was a very positive, welcoming experience.

Entretien
Was reached out by the recruiter over a linked in message. After a short intro of the job, interview proceeded in 5 rounds.
Recruiter call, Hiring Manager, Tech panel, Art panel then Final interview.
The recruiter stayed in touch the whole time and had speedy replies. Minimal waiting, interviews are scheduled quickly.

Tech Panel - Engineering related questions such as implementation and solutioning. Some math questions are also asked.
Art Panel - People to people, design thinking, thought process.

Four stage interview process detailed on their website. Technical test, friendliness interview and seeing if you align with their company ethics ect. Overall quite smooth and transparent. All done online over a few weeks.
