The process included: An initial call with the recruiter. A meeting with the team managers — a one-and-a-half-hour conversation conducted in both English and Hebrew. The meeting included a short test to assess numerical understanding, followed by a review of the test and a discussion of the reasoning behind the answers. Receiving a home assignment — they send a business simulation consisting of two parts: an analytical section and a written section. A third interview, where you present your assignment to the managers. This interview is a simulation in which you build a presentation based on your submitted work and present it to the managers, who role-play as the company’s clients.

Went through 7 rounds of interviews, over 2 months. Did a home assignment and another 3 day assignment where I had to present to 4 managers in office. Reached the very end of the process and was rejected for no reason. Very disappointed and frustrated. No feedback at all. Terrible experience
