Strange. The office building is crappy, I got there and was immediately given an application to fill out, sure they might need some basic info for their records but this application had interview questions on it like "what do you want to gain from this experience" I'm there for an interview why do you need me to answer these questions on paper??? This is really only the beginning of a very strange experience I had at this place. I was scheduled to interview at 4:30 but long story short I had them move me up to the 2:30 slot. Oh ya, did I mention there was a flat screen TV in I guess what you could call the lobby that was playing basically club dance music which was apparantley just a part of the bizarre culture at this place which somehow wants you to wear business professional attire for the interview. So come around 2:35 one of the employees says to the other that the guy who's supposed to interview me has the door to his office LOCKED and that if he doesn't come out does she want to just do the interview. This is not to mention that as I was in the "lobby" one of the girls was calling applicants, giving them the exact same schbeel that I had gotten to get me in for an interview, not a good sign. The manager could not been more unprofessional considering I went out and bought business professional attire for this interview. Aside form the pictures he had on the wall that I can only describe as unprofessional/inappropriate his desk had absolutely nothing on it, I think he MIGHT have had a lap top, and his cell phone on the desk, that was it, not a piece of paper or pen or pencil in sight. Hmmm this added with the fact that his door had previously been locked sure ha me feelin funny. This guy was ridiculous, he even made some smug comments about the university I went to, I'll just leave it at that. Even though I could probably write an entire short story on this weird, strange, bizarre interview. Needless to say when I got called back to come in for a second interview I did not answer my phone.

The interview was super easy, you go to a total of 3 interviews before they tell if you have the job or not. They are very good at explaining what their business does. Witch is door to door to sales. It involves A LOT of walking and they DON'T care if its storming you are still walking threw it. Its a really fun environment and fun to work but if you have a family I wouldn't suggest working here because pay is not guaranteed and you wont earn what they say you will. It is complete commission based.
